The City of Roseville manages a comprehensive Pavement Management Program (PMP) which includes repaving several miles of local streets annually. In 1986, Roseville began a program to reconstruct substandard residential streets. The PMP upgrades streets by neighborhood based on street condition. The 2025 Proposed PMP Project Map shows streets scheduled to be repaved and have utility work done this summer. The 3.9 miles of roadways will have the top 1.5-2 inches of pavement removed and repaved (mill and overlay), while 1.2 miles of roadways (Iona Avenue, Woodbridge Street, and Woodlyn Avenue) will undergo a full pavement rehabilitation (full-depth reclamation). In addition to the street work, spot curb and gutter will be replaced as well as minor utility repairs.
