The City of Temple Purchasing Department, on behalf of the City of Temple and City of Belton, requests competitive sealed proposals (CSP) to furnish all labor and materials and perform all work for the construction of the Temple-Belton Wastewater Treatment Plant Phase II - Treatment Plant Expansion project. This construction project includes the expansion of the Temple-Belton Wastewater Treatment Plant (TBWWTP) located at 2405 East 6th Avenue, Belton, Texas 76513, including headworks modifications, six million gallons per day (MGD) biological treatment/clarifiers, and 40 MGD disc filters/UV/metering/post-aeration improvements. The engineer’s estimate of probable construction cost associated with this project is $68,260,500.
