The Town of Hanover has established a “CALL” type septic pumping services relationship that is let on a comparative basis at a fixed cost per gallon rate for the period July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. Septic Pumping services will be scheduled on a daily basis Sunday through Saturday generally in a manner as to not interfere with the operation of the schools and other public facilities and properties of the Town of Hanover. The contractor must be capable of prompt response, normally within twelve (12) hours for routine work and two (2) hours for emergency calls. The contractor must perform any and all necessary septic pumping services for the covered buildings. Work shall include pumping and legal disposal of waste from septic tanks, pump chambers, and grease traps as ordered by the Facilities Engineer. The contractor must provide power cleaning services if needed and ordered. Every activity performed under this agreement is intended to minimize the incidence of emergency service. However, emergency service must be provided twenty four (24) hours per day to minimize downtime and inconveniences.
