The work required to be performed by the Contractor shall consist of the furnishing of all labor, supervision, materials, supplies, equipment, and incidentals necessary to provide janitorial deep-cleaning services of twelve (12) Terminal Restrooms every other week or twenty-four (24) times per year at the Lihue Airport. DESCRIPTION OF WORK Cleaning Services: To be performed after the last daily scheduled airline departure, typically between 10:30pm- 04:30am to include scrubbing, cleaning and disinfecting of floors, walls (below 6’ height), partitions, toilets, urinals, sinks, faucets, exposed plumbing pipes, mirrors, towel dispensers, baby changing stations and emptying of trash bins. Refer to Exhibit A for restroom square footage. SINKS: Scrub in, around, and under the sink. Remove grime stains, build up around the drain, the faucet, in the overflow drainage flow drainage hole, and under the bowl. Remove the hard water stains. Clean, remove rust build-up, and polish stainless steel covers, pipes and faucets. TOILETS AND URINALS: All toilets need to be scrubbed in, out and around. Remove grime buildup where the water splashes out. Urinal drain cover needs to be removed to clean and scrub grime buildup on it and also on drain lip. Remove hardwater stains inside the bowl/urinal. Scrub grime and rust stains around the urinal pipe on top and under the urinal. Scrub toilet base removing all dirt and stains. Scrub buildup on top of toilet around pipe fixture.
