Specifications include, but are not limited to: This work will be led by the Public Works Project Manager who will be supported and advised by a project management team (PMT) made up of City staff from Public Works. Input from staff in other city departments and external agencies will be necessary depending on the corridor. Task 1: Gather existing conditions on each corridor The selected team will need to understand how each corridor currently functions and operates in order to develop the optimal bikeway concept for each corridor. Existing constraints and the current use of space on each corridor must be documented. Task 2: Identify issues and confirm goals on each corridor Using existing policies and plans, and any upcoming projects led by the city or partner agencies, develop and confirm goals for each of the five corridors. These goals will be informed by Task 1, as well as conversations with technical staff.
