Construction of approximately 12,450 linear feet of 24-inch ductile iron pipeline, approximately 260 LF of 6-into to 20-inch ductile iron pipeline, air release/vacuum valves, gate valves, butterfly valves, approximately 850 linear feet of jack and bore, approximately 450 feet of open cut steel casing installation, surface restoration including pavement replacement, and all other associated appurtenances in similar ground conditions as those described in the Geotechnical Data Report dated March 22, 2023 and the geotechnical letter report dated October 14, 2024. • Encompasses construction with arterial and residential roads that will require extensive traffic control and flaggers/police officers at multiple locations. • Involves essential coordination with several key stakeholders including, but not limited to, the City of San Antonio (CoSA) Parks and Recreation Department, Phil Hardberger Conservancy, multiple homeowner’s associations (HOAs), CoSA Office of Historical Preservation, Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT), and CPS Energy. • Excavation within property owned by critical stakeholders, including Summerfield HOA property, the Phil Hardberger Park Conservancy/Voelcker Ranch, and CoSA Parks and Recreation property. This excavation will occur within proposed easements and negotiated joint use agreements.
