The Agency is issuing this RFQ to purchase the following: ☒ software: cloud-based (software as a service) ☒ services: setup / implementation / configuration ☒ services: support and maintenance ☒ services: training EOTSS is seeking Granicus govDelivery Communications Cloud subscription for up to 999,999 potential users (100,000 subscribers) including initial setup and configuration, and online training. Initial configuration must be complete no later than June 30, 2025. Inititial configuration includes but is not limited to: Setup of the solution in our environment Creation of at least three (three) EOTSS’ branded templates Loading solution with audience contacts Bidders shall provide two quotes, one for 1-year license term and one for 3-year license term. Both quotes shall include licensing and services. EOTSS reserves the right to procure additional, related products and services during the Term.
