The Successful Bidder shall provide all labor, equipment and material for upgrading the light fixtures at 400 South Martin Luther King Ave on the exterior of all three buildings, interior levels of parking garage, and mechanical areas of the parking garage structure to the specifications below. Parking garage structure shall also include removing the interior lighted fixtures on the interior perimeter from the photoelectric sensor and installing each 4ft LED fixture with a photoelectric sensor specified in the fixture specifications. In addition, all current exit signs are to replace with new wired exit signs throughout the garage with exit sign specified below. All work shall comply with all Local, State and Federal Regulations and Safety Standards in effect at the time of installation.
