SCOPE: These specifications provide for accomplishing Building Operation and Maintenance Services for the State of Maine Judicial Branch. The location covered under this RFP are the Lewiston Courts Complex. Details regarding the Lewiston Courts Complex are covered in I. Site Specific Information. GENERAL RELATIONSHIP: The Agreement Administrator will be the assigned Facilities Engineer after the completion of contract negotiations. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work to be accomplished consists of performing professional Building Operation and Maintenance Management Services at the above-named facility according to the tasks and frequency listed in this Request for Proposals (RFP). Frequencies and tasks may be altered, if needed, by mutually agreeable, written, change requests, but may not be decreased without written approval by the Agreement Administrator. Building Operation and Maintenance Services will normally be conducted Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Occasionally on holidays, weekends, and weekdays, earlier starts and later hours may be required, so as not to interfere with normal Courthouse operations.
