The platform must accurately extract attendance, behavior incidents, assessments, grades (standard based and traditional), class rosters, student demographics and guardian information from Infinite Campus in an automated fashion The platform is accessible through a web browser, and available 24/7 outside of regularly-scheduled maintenance and/or update windows. The platform user data can be exported to PDF, MS, Excel or as a CSV file. The platform must be able to work with Google, SSO or LDAP for authorization and authentication. The platform allows administrators to login as a specific user to mirror what a user sees. The platform must be modular, where system area features can be phased in overtime. The platform supports Internet Explorer, Edge, Firefox, Chrome and Safari browsers. Vendor will specify which versions of these browsers the vendor’s solution supports. The platform interoperates with the District student information system (Infinite Campus). Includes the syncing of all required student data for any adds, changes or deletions. The platform allows the District to configure roles and permissions to control access to student data. The ability to pull these permissions from the District SS system (Infinite Campus) The platform can provide an audit history of user access in order to enforce accountability. The platform must employ strong encryption methods to protect all data stored within the system. The platform must have automated, daily data connections with assessment providers: aimswebPlus, NWEA, etc. The platform supports easy manual uploads of data files that are not automated. The platform must have the ability to directly enter and display the results of assessment data, point sheets, check-in check-out, progress monitoring, intervention attendance, intervention sessions, etc. The system must allow for entry of customizable behavior incident data directly into the system and can extract such data from Infinite Campus daily and allow for revision updates generated from the SIS. System provides both parent and student portals. Submit network requirements such as Firewall exceptions, whitelisting and bandwidth requirements. The system must allow district and/or school teams to build student related documents in the system with the ability to merge any of the data in the system into the forms (Act 20 Reading Plans, Attendance notifications, Language Acquisition Plans, etc.) The system must have an early warning system and indicators dashboard to track college and career readiness and graduation progress.
