● Construction of two basic, no-frills teacher housing units, which may be built as either two separate structures or combined into a duplex. Each unit shall be connected to the district’s biomass heating project. ● Each unit shall have three (3) bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms. ● Square footage is not specified, but design must prioritize cost efficiency and functionality. ● Contractor will assume full responsibility for site preparation, including demolition and disposal of existing housing. ● Utilities are already in place and must be properly reconnected. ● Contractor has discretion over materials, but the final construction must meet Alaska BEES standards. ● Inspections will be conducted by a licensed inspector.
