The City of Chelsea seeks a contractor to make fence repairs at several public parks. Services shall consist of all labor, materials and equipment necessary to make fence repairs. Locations: • Box District Park – 22 Gerrish Ave, Chelsea, MA • Dever Park Basketball Court- 60 Gillooly Rd, Chelsea, MA • O’Neil Park- 96 Beacon St, Chelsea MA • Highland Park- 30 Willow St, Chelsea MA 1. Box District Park; Fence: “Imperial D Modified” Model 4 Nom. Height by Monumental Iron Works/ Master Halco of Orange County or approved equal. o Repair one tubular steel post and replace two 8’ Tubular steel fence panels o Replace the latch for the playground gate 2. Dever Park; Fence: 12’ 9 gauge core wire vinyl clad black, 6 gauge finish o Replace/ Reinstall four posts o Replace the approximately 60-foot length of the 12’ Chain-link fabric from 2” square to 1” square 3. O’Neil Park; Fence, Gates, and Hardware shall be Omega Secur double wire fence by Omega II Fence Systems of Laval, QC or Approved equal o Replace/ Reinstall the entry gate post on Beacon St o Replace the latch for the playground gate on High St 4. Highland Park; Fence: 4’ 9 gauge core wire vinyl clad black, 6 gauge finish o Replace the entry gate for the playground
