The University of Michigan Enterprise Financial Planning & Analysis (EFP&A) department at the University of Michigan is seeking a qualified and experienced implementation partner to assist with the configuration and deployment of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions for use in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and long-range financial planning of university activity for the annual budget process and interim budget to actual reporting for the consolidated university enterprise, individual colleges and units, and related entities. We are transitioning from the SAP BPC tool to Oracle EPM due to the planned decommissioning of the BPC budget tool by the end of 2026, as well as to enhance the aforementioned capabilities. This RFP outlines the requirements and expectations for potential partners to submit their proposals.
