Ozark Public Schools Athletics is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the design, supply, and installation of a video/scoreboard for Ozark Tiger Stadium. The new video scoreboard will enhance the spectator experience and provide valuable features for game management and promotions. The scope of work includes the design, supply, and installation of a video scoreboard, including additional hardware, software, warranty, service agreements, and the removal of the existing scoreboard. Submissions must include detailed technical specifications for the video board and all associated controls. Specifications; The video scoreboard must meet the following minimum specifications: Display Size: 19’ x 35’; Resolution: 10 MM or comparable; Software/Hardware; Comprehensive software package with detailed content and graphics capabilities; Detailed technical specifications for hardware controls; Warranty and Service Agreement; Detailed warranty agreement; Service package including service radius; Removal and Fabrication; Removal of the current scoreboard and structure.
