The goal is to not interfere with school activities and to secure the vicinity of the Project Site. The following preparations shall be reviewed and approved by the District on-site prior to the commencement of any work: • Contractor shall provide at minimum six (6) foot high, chain link perimeter fence and fabric screen as a temporary barrier around construction area. • All loose furniture shall be moved to the center of the room and covered with protective film. • All technology equipment, shall be covered with protective film including but not limited to projectors and computer screens. • Contractor to take necessary actions for the protection and preservation of art work on the walls and teacher items in the room. All of the above shall be observed and complied by the Contractor, failure to follow these directives could result in additional costs for the District to remedy.
