Provision of electrical maintenance, inspection, repair and existing wiring services, and replacement of electrical equipment for the various facilities throughout the State of Missouri; The Office of Administration, Division of Facilities Management, Design and Construction is responsible for maintaining assets and assisting state entities in meeting their facility needs for the benefit of the public through preventive maintenance and repair of the facility systems. The mission is to provide a superior workplace environment to assure health and safety for state occupants and their visitors and protect the state’s investments in property assets. Unless an emergency or other specific arrangements are necessitated and agreed upon by the state agency, the contractor shall perform service and repairs during regular state agency work hours of (7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.), Monday through Friday, Central Standard Time (CST), except for holidays. The contractor shall provide services on an as needed, if needed basis. The contractor shall serve as the primary, secondary, or tertiary contractor for electrical maintenance, inspection, repair of existing wiring services, and replacement of electrical equipment within a region; In the event the state agency requests a service request, the contractor shall arrive at the facility within four (4) hours of receiving the service request. The contractor shall respond to service requests in writing within two (2) hours of receiving the request.
