2.1.1 The contractor shall provide lodging accommodations for State Emergency Management Agency personnel during the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) World Cup tournament for the State Emergency Management Agency (hereinafter referred to as the “state agency”) in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein and to the sole satisfaction of the state agency. 2.1.2 The contractor’s lodging facility must be located within the State of Missouri and must be within twelve (12) nautical miles of Arrowhead Stadium, 1 Arrowhead Drive, Kansas City, Missouri. 2.1.3 The contractor shall provide lodging accommodations each day from June 7, 2026 through July 20, 2026. If requested by the state agency, the contractor must provide lodging accommodations on a day-to-day basis prior to June 7, 2026, beginning no earlier than May 31, 2025, and after July 20, 2026, ending no later than July 27, 2026.
