Required Services / Scope of Work • Assessment of Current System: Evaluate the existing audio system and identify areas for improvements. • Design: Create a comprehensive audio system design tailored to the acoustics and layout of the gym. • Equipment Supply: Provide high-quality audio equipment, including but not limited to: speakers, amplifiers - microphones (wireless), mixing consoles, cabling and accessories, cabinets, countertops, architectural woodwork, and millwork- including custom fabrication. • Installation: Install the audio system according to the approved design, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing school activities. • Testing: Perform thorough testing of the system to ensure optimal performance. • Training: Provide training for staff on how to operate the audio system effectively. • Support and Maintenance: Outline ongoing support and maintenance options available after installation.
