The University of Georgia’s Tate Student Center (TSC) is soliciting qualified bids for a people tracking solution to accurately monitor and collect traffic and facility usage. This solution will allow TSC to monitor occupancy levels, improve crowd management, increase operational efficiency, and provide historical data analysis and reporting. The overall vision for this project is to replace existing, outdated technology with a more reliable and accurate solution and eliminate the tedious, manual process of collecting data. Coverage will be expanded to include all access points of the facility and identified high‐traffic areas throughout the interior of the building. The system can be expanded over time to include additional locations as needs are determined.
