• The awarded contractor must be able to offer na�onally/regionally recognized restaurant franchise op�ons for sandwiches, wraps, salads, desserts, and breakfast sandwiches. They must also be able to offer an assortment of botled beverages (soda offerings must exclusively be Coca-Cola products), as well as made-to-order coffee, cold coffee, and espresso beverages. Addi�onal items may be offered with preapproval by the Execu�ve Director of Dining Services or the designated Dining Services contract administrator. Dining Services reserves the right of final approval for all proposed menu and price changes. • The awarded contractor will provide excep�onal quality food and service to all customers. The contractor will be evaluated on quality and service by Dining Services through a mystery shopper program. The contractor will be “shopped” a minimum of 4 �mes per semester. Mystery reports will be shared with the contractor for quality improvement purposes. See Atachment 10 – Service standards and Sample Evalua�on form.
