The Contractor shall provide options for the following uniform pieces for part-time/temporary personnel that includes pickup and delivery of items on a weekly basis and laundry services for all items. Price to include replacement of pieces due to wear/tear over period of contract. The proposal should include cost for lost/unreturned items. i. Unisex Quick-dry fabric short sleeve polo shirt with collar with an accurate, full-color, embroidered logo, (monogrammed). Provide various color options with opportunity for the Owner to select multiple colors. Short sleeve polo shirt to be utilized for rental program approximately April – September. ii. Unisex Quick-dry fabric long sleeve polo shirt or other durable long sleeve button shirt with collar with an accurate, full-color, embroidered logo, (monogrammed). Provide various color options with opportunity for the Owner to select multiple colors. Long sleeve polo shirt to be utilized for rental program approximately October – March. iii. The contractor shall include in the pricing the following quantity of shirts for parttime/temporary personnel on a weekly basis. Owner has the right to update this quantity and size specifications during the contract period. 1. Short sleeve polo shirt: a. Small: 10 b. Medium: 80 c. Large: 150 d. X-Large: 150 e.
