The awarded vendor shall provide: ● A portable Virtual Reality Welding Simulator that replicates realistic welding conditions. ● All required hardware, software, and accessories. ● Setup, delivery, and basic training on-site. ● Technical support and warranty documentation. The simulator must: ● Simulate multiple welding processes (SMAW, GMAW/FCAW, GTAW). ● Provide life-like visual and audio welding feedback. ● Track and score weld parameters including work angle, travel angle, travel speed, and arc length. ● Include demo, lesson, and replay modes for instructional purposes. ● Feature virtual bend test and welding discontinuities detection. ● Be operable with a standard electrical outlet (115/230V). ● Be lightweight and compact for transport. ● Be compatible with a retractable SMAW stick stinger, GMAW/FCAW gun, GTAW torch, and foot pedal.
