Specifications include, but are not limited to: II. Required Services A. Timely Notice 1. Upon receipt of the Notice of Hearing by DCH, the Contractor must acknowledge receipt and send confirmation a Court Reporter is retained for the hearing within one (1) Business Day. The Contractor must create and send a meeting invitation link to access the VVCS to all hearing participants at least five (5) Business Days prior to the start of each hearing, unless an earlier timeline is specified by DCH upon notification of a change in scheduling by the Hearing Officer via their Scheduling Order. 2. The Contractor must include in the meeting invitation the scheduled date and time of the hearing, as set by the hearing officer. B. Secure Virtual Video Conferencing 1. The Contractor must provide a VVCS that will be hosted by the Hearing Officer and Court Reporter, who shall each have the ability to control the meeting and have permissions to mute or unmute speakers and to allow or deny access to attendees.
