The Contractor shall provide, maintain, and monitor a fully hosted, online prepaid Parking Reservation System (PRS) capable of accepting reservations and bank card. The system should offer robust functionality, including reservation management, payment processing, and customer interaction. 2.2 This PRS must be flexible, configurable, and scalable to meet both the Authority's current and future needs, ensuring that the system is adaptable to any changes in parking products, services, or processes. 2.3 Facilities Description – Table 1 provides information for the overall RDU parking facilities. RDU has a PRCS test bed with one entry lane, one exit lane, a cashier station and one pay-on-foot station. 2.4 RDU Parking Transactions – Table 1 provides a comparison of the monthly historical and forecasted number of originating and non-originating enplanements.
