The scope of this project is to evaluate three County facilities, professional office spaces, for appropriate and efficient use of space. The efficiency of the space will support the workflow of the departments in each space and their interaction with the public, if necessary. Facility Locations and Current Occupants Facility 1 Old County Courthouse (Including the secondary Annex Building) 208 Lincoln Ave Breckenridge CO, 80443 Departments: Board of County Commissioners, Manager’s Office, County Attorney, County Clerk, County Treasurer, Finance, Communications, Information Systems, County Assessor Facility 2 District Attorney/Probation Office 504 Airport Rd Breckenridge, CO 80424 Departments: District Attorney, Probation Facility 3 County Commons Building 0037 Peak One Dr Frisco, CO 80443 Departments: Main Branch Library, Information Systems, Facilities, Road & Bridge, Open Space & Trails, Motor Vehicle Office, Community Development, Planning, Building Inspection, Environmental Health, Housing. The study will also include one office space at the Medical Office Building. The office is the location of the County’s Human Resources Department. The Medical Office Building is located at 360 Peak One Dr, Frisco, CO 80443.
