1 - Replace Sewer System & Main Lateral Line The contractor shall replace all sewer lines to (bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room). The contractors shall tunnel to make the necessary replacements. The contractor shall replace the cleanouts with dual cleanouts. The contractor shall replace the lateral line in the front yard to city tap. The contractor shall remove the exterior siding to replace the kitchen arm drain and vent stack. The contractor shall re-install siding and trim, which includes caulking and painting to match existing color. The contractor shall replace p-trap and reconnect to new kitchen drain. The sewer system shall be leak free after replacement. Note: Bid does not include replacing the lead bend or vent stack in wall in bathrooms or laundry room.
