3.1. The Communication Service Monitor (CSM) must be manufacturer Viavi, model number CX300 or a State approved equivalent. 3.2. The CSM must be Motorola approved and identified on the Motorola Preferred Test Equipment List. The Contractor must provide documentation of Motorola approval upon request. 3.3. The CSM must be able to auto test and tune the following radios: Motorola APX series (Motorola Preferred), Motorola ASTRO 25 XTS/XTL Series (Motorola Preferred), and BK KNG Series. 3.4. The CSM must be manufacturer Viavi, model number CX300 or a State approved equivalent. 3.5. The CSM must have the following capabilities: 3.5.1. Spectrum Analyzer, 3.5.2. Tracking Generator, 3.5.3. P25 capable, 3.5.4. 3 GHz minimum frequency range 3.5.5. Power Meter, 3.5.6. WiFi, 3.5.7. VNC, 3.5.8. GPS (timing derived by GPS capability), 3.5.9. Remote Command Interface, 3.5.10. Bluetooth. 3.5.11. Smart Access Anywhere, or the ability for secure remote access which enables the ability for centralized support, on-demand test and live results. 3.5.12. StrataSync, or a hosted, cloud-based solution that provides asset, configuration, and test data management for instruments and ensures all instruments have the latest software and options installed.
