Grounds Maintenance (Mowing and Trimming): April – September: Trim and mow the areas (see pictures below) three (3) times per month not to exceed 18 visits during this time period. Oct. 1 – Nov. 15: Trim and mow the areas (see pictures below), not to exceed four (4) visits during the time period. Litter and Debris Pickup: April – November: Remove litter and debris from the areas prior to mowing and trimming, not to exceed 22 visits during the time period. Call Salt Fork Fish Unit (740) 489-5240, if large amounts of litter or debris (tires, fallen trees, etc.) are present. C. Working Hours: Services shall be performed Monday – Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. D. Scope of Work: The intent of these specifications is to provide mowing services and litter/debris pick-up, furnishing adequate supervision and labor to accomplish all required mowing services. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications and schedules set forth herein. There shall be no exceptions of deviations to any part, or from approved schedule without prior written approval of the area representative.
