Items to be cleaned: Rags Mattress Covers Sheets - All Sizes Blankets - All Sizes Towels Pillowcases Any other linens used in the operation of the park. Pick-up and delivery will occur on the same days of the week. (No exceptions) Pick-up time 7:00am-3:00pm on Mondays and return on Thursdays by 3:00pm of the same week. Contractor shall provide a sufficient amount of laundry bags or appropriate sized storage container(s) to accommodate all the soiled linens until pickup by contractor. All laundry picked up will be counted and bagged, receipt issued for type and amount picked up. Contractor shall include all labor, materials and transportation to and from the park in order to launder aforementioned items. All items are the property of the Office of State Parks. Contractor shall return the bed linens back to the park as folded sets, preferably wrapped though not required. No markings or trade names other than Office of State Parks shall appear on any wrapping materials. All linens shall be washed using a germicidal agent that combats staphylococcus. Contractor shall invoice per pound according to dry weight of laundered linens delivered to the park. Contractor will indicate on same invoice the total pounds of soiled linens picked up.
