Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to provide all inspection services required for the noted construction of the project, including, but not limited to, Division of the State Architect (DSA) essential services facility inspections, and project-applicable codes and regulations. Contractor agrees to provide IOR services for the Rincon Fire Station Replace Facility Project, as described herein: 1. Inspector shall be a current Division of State Architect (DSA) certified inspector able to inspect the structural, fire/life/safety, and access compliance components of construction per DSA requirements for the Project. a. Inspector’s DSA certification shall remain current throughout the course of this agreement. b. Inspector shall obtain approval of the use of Inspector’s services from DSA. 2. Inspector shall provide all inspection services required for construction of the project including, but not limited to, DSA essential services facilities’ inspections and Project applicable Codes and Regulations. 3. Inspection services shall be provided from start of construction through DSA Project certification and Project close-out.
