The Contractor shall be responsible for providing Foreign Language Interpretation services for client’s court competency classes, conferences, testing, on-grounds medical appointments and any other services where interpreter services are needed. Contractor shall provide Foreign Language Interpreters that are proficient in interpreting the requested language to and from English and also retain a valid and current certification of any of the following: • Certificate of Interpretation • Certificate of Translation and Interpretation • Comprehensive Skill Certificate Contractor shall provide proof that each Interpreter who will provide services to PDC is certified by submitting a list of Foreign Language Interpreter names along with a legible copy of each Foreign Language Interpreter’s current certification and membership cards.
