Vendor must: Have the internal capacity to assess and ensure that all MEDICAID TO SCHOOLS claims are at least 99% correct within +/-3% error with a confidence level of 95%. 8. Have an internal systemic capacity of validating all MEDICAID TO SCHOOLS requirements for billing to include, but not limited to, the following: a. Parental consent to bill b. Existence of a current Individualized Educational Plan c. (IEP) that authorizes the frequency and duration of school health and related services d. Verification of licensure and certifications for all service providers e. Verification of prescription for services provided to students f. Medicaid eligibility at different times of the year g. Proper documentation on MEDICAID TO SCHOOLS 9. Provide relevant, as needed training to District personnel to ensure legal compliance and efficient claim processing. 10. Provide and agree to furnish all District billing and related data at the end of each contract year, or at any time within ten (10) business days of receipt of a written request. Such data shall be provided to the District in a standard CommaSeparated-Values (CSV) format, or any other information systems standard that the District deems acceptable.
