Scope of Work Boise State University seeks a qualified Contractor(s) to provide comprehensive hazardous waste disposal services. This includes the compliant and environmentally sound collecon, transportaon, treatment, and disposal of biohazardous, universal, and hazardous wastes generated by University operaons. The selected Contractor(s) will ensure safe handling, environmentally responsible disposal, and provide all necessary documentaon, including waste manifests and cerficates of disposal, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulaons. This contract supports the University’s commitment to sustainability, safety, and regulatory compliance. To ensure comprehensive coverage of campus hazardous waste disposal needs, this RFP will result in mulple awards. Contractors are encouraged to bid on all secons where they have the necessary experse and resources. Proposals should clearly specify the secons or service categories covered by their proposal.
