Vendor Responsibilities The City is looking for multiple vendors that can provide the following: Operational Readiness: The facility must be capable of remaining open and functional immediately after an emergency, including hurricanes or other disasters. Power Supply: Access to a backup power source, such as a generator, to ensure continued operation during power outages. Water Supply: A reliable water supply or contingency plans to maintain water access during emergencies Facility Capacity: Adequate capacity to handle increased demand from city workers, including sufficient washers, dryers, and waiting space. Accessibility: Easy access for city personnel, including sufficient parking Communication Capability: Ability to communicate with city officials for updates, instructions, or coordination during emergencies.
