SCOPE OF WORK: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to complete the following tasks: • Building Exteriors: Pressure or soft washing of building facades, including brick, stucco, concrete, and other exterior materials. • Sidewalks & Walkways: Cleaning of sidewalks, pedestrian paths, and entryways to remove dirt, gum, and stains. • Parking Lots & Driveways: Removal of oil stains, dirt, and debris from parking lots and driveways using appropriate pressure washing techniques. • Windows & Shutters: Washing of exterior windows and shutters to remove dirt, dust, and grime. Work Schedule • Services shall be performed during non-peak hours or as coordinated with the City to minimize disruptions. • Work may be scheduled on a recurring basis (e.g., quarterly, bi-annually) or as needed. Equipment & Materials • Contractor must utilize professional-grade pressure washing equipment with adjustable pressure settings. • Environmentally safe and non-damaging cleaning solutions must be used. • Water reclamation methods should be employed where necessary to comply with environmental regulations. Safety & Compliance • Contractor shall comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA guidelines. • Proper safety precautions, including signage and barriers, must be used to protect the public and property. • Contractor is responsible for any damage caused during the cleaning process and must provide repairs at their expense. Contractor Qualifications • Contractor must be licensed, bonded, and insured. • Contractor must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in commercial pressure washing services. • References from previous similar projects must be provided upon request.
