EOTSS is seeking to purchase an integrated, cloud-based (SaaS) Data Intelligence Platform that supports a modernized data ecosystem to provide a unified data governance solution built on a foundation of quality data that will accelerate data innovation and achieve better AI outcomes. Our objective is to enable oversight of our data solutions throughout the complete data lifecycle—from ingestion through transformation to consumption. We want to enable our business and technical users to collaborate seamlessly on data initiatives within an integrated software platform. The following is a high-level listing of the required software features we are looking to procure: Data Governance: The business glossary and data stewardship tools needed to support enterprise data governance practices that define stewardship workflow processes, data ownership, and build trust in data Data Privacy: Ability to ensure sensitive data is protected and compliant with data protection regulations is maintained Policy Control: A centralized location to define, enforce, and monitor data access and usage policies across the data landscape Data Catalog: An organized inventory of data assets that empowers stakeholders to find and use the right data Active Metadata: Enable automatic data classification and auto-linking of data sets, business terms, policies, and processes so that data producers, curators, and consumers can collaborate on data initiatives Data Lineage: A visual representation of data flow, helping to manage the origin, transformation and consumption of data Data Quality: A solution for profiling data and achieving high-quality and trusted data Business Intelligence and Analytics: Reporting governance metrics, quality scorecard, BI and analytics dashboards for monitoring and decision making Data Observability: A solution that can easily glean insights into the health of the data landscape AI Governance: Provide object trend analysis and anomaly detection with suggested resolutions, to utilize ethical AI practices to assist with risk mitigation. Master Data Management and Reference Data Management: Optional Flexible Pricing Models: Ability to offer multiple pricing options based on the number and type of software features installed and configured on Day1 and overtime – Year1, Year2, etc. Pricing Model Types: Offers a Master Service Agreement option as part of the pricing model Timeline for Professional Services: installation, configuration, training, and maintenance: Ability to provide services during the Second Quarter (April through June 30th, 2025) of Calendar Year 2025 for the initial roll-out of the modules and subsequent module roll-out Tiered Support Model: Offers various tiers of customer support Offers various modes Education: Offers Instructor-led courses and self-directed online courses.
