Meters shall contain no moving parts; have a brass, bronze, stainless steel, or 40% or greater fiberglass reinforced PPS maincase or flow tube; and be compatible with Clark Public Utilities’ existing Itron 100W+ Encoder Receiver Transmitter (ERT) and/or Itron OpenWay® Riva 500W Water Module (endpoints) and Itron’s Automated Meter Reading (AMR) system.
