The ideal Promotional and Commemorative Items supplier will provide a complete line of promotional and commemorative products frequently used at organization/parent/student functions, employee fair functions, and other member advertising functions. Proposers should be able to supply a catalog of items to include, but is not limited to: Branded Utility Items: Pens, pencils, classroom incentives, notepads, planners, tote bags, keychains, lanyards, badge holders, hand sanitizers, and similar items. Drinkware: Mugs, sports bottles, cup holders, drink koozies, and coasters. Event & Recognition Items: Event table centerpieces, table dressings, commemorative or recognition items for staff and students. Awards & Memorabilia: Trophies, plaques, certificates, deal toys, pins, bracelets, and other commemorative keepsakes. Apparel & Accessories: Screen-printed or embroidered apparel such as jackets, shirts, and other wearable items customized for specific events. Displays & Signage: Banners, pennants, printed display items, stands, placards, cardboard cutouts, and promotional displays Various titles, logos, and other information may need to be applied to or imprinted on promotional products. All items purchased will be on an as-needed basis and quantities will vary from district to district.
