Construct new Bayshore Dr cap, seawall, and tiebacks; install deadmen. (1) This item consists of the installation of the sheet pile seawall at the Bayshore Dr project site. (2) The material of piling will consist of cellular sheet piles and shall be TRULINE 800 Series sheet pile sections, or equal. (3) Cellular sheet piles shall be installed to the elevations indicated in the plans. Sediment within the cells shall be flushed, pumped or otherwise removed to the elevations shown on the plans. a.
