The Fourth of July Celebration and La Fiesta de Elgin are annual events hosted by City of Elgin, concluding with a fireworks display visible from Festival Park each year. Both events individually typically attract 12,000 to 14,000 attendees within the park, with an additional 1,000+ spectators viewing from the surrounding downtown area. SCOPE OF PROVIDER SERVICES Fourth of July: Prepare and execute a 20-25 minute fireworks show viewable from Festival Park in Elgin, IL. The proposal should include set up requirements, a listing of the products used, the number of shells and shell size (please note the maximum shell size at this location is 5”) and past experiences dealing with high attendance events. Each proposal shall also include the number of staff present, safety plan, pyrotechnic license, and proof of insurance as listed below.
