This project is to replace an aging UPS in the Ronald H. Roberts Temecula Public Library. B. The RFP is based on several critical elements: i. UPS capacity should be sized at 40 kVA ii. Equipment must be sourced from a vendor-authorized distributor in the U.S. iii. UPS must be capable of sending text or push notifications when utility power is unavailable C. Professional Services i. The selected vendor is expected to have proven capabilities and experience installing and replacing UPS systems of similar size and complexity ii. Labor to install all materials and equipment iii. Labor to update any existing electrical wiring/conduit iv. Unpacking and installation of hardware v. Power down, disassembly, removal, and EPA-approved disposal of existing UPS and all components Note to Vendor: If configuration or components received are not in compliance with bid request, gear will be shipped back at vendor expense.
