The selected vendor(s) will rent products to groups reserving the pavilion for their event needs. Such products are likely to include banquet tables, chairs, linens, sound systems, patio heaters, and other less common items as required and as available. Groups may also rent other large amenities such as inflatable ball rooms or tents. Tents and other amenities cannot be staked and must use water barrels or other weights as appropriate. The selected vendor will provide all delivery, set-up, tear down, and removal of rental items and will coordinate directly with the group reserving the pavilion. The vendor will directly bill all expenses to the reserving group and will be responsible for collecting payment from the group for services rendered. If the primary vendor is unable to meet the needs of a particular group, the vendor will notify the group and Kent County Parks at least 30 days prior to the scheduled event.
