1 Required Item Capital Project data migration to Operat • State of Alabama is to provide training to the FacilityForce Professional Services intern on how to navigate the screens within the BCIMS system. • The intern is to review the error log from the original legacy data migration that occurred during February 2024 to identify the missing data. • The State of Alabama will assist the intern with the reconciliation of the first five projects. This will ensure that the intern is properly trained and meets the requirements defined for this reconciliation task. • Ensure all 1,412 projects and their requisite information from BCIMS are recorded within Operate. o The 1,412 projects in scope are all PSCA funded and reside in the status of CC ADMIN within Operate. o Ensure associated documents in BCIMS are recorded on the capital project screen. o For projects that have fully migrated or have been reconciled, update the capital project records with a Note Type of “FULLY REC BCIMS”. o Where existing information in Operate does not match the information within BCIMS The intern will contact the DCM team to determine appropriate course of action FacilityForce reserves the right to discern whether the adjusted course of action is within the scope of this statement of work.
