Perform one-time annual fire alarm test and inspection only existing equipment at above address. This inspection does not include fire extinguisher inspection and shall not include fire sprinkler nor include back flow preventer inspection. Fire alarm inspection shall be performed per NFPA 72 code requirements. All Technicians performing fire alarm inspection for DHR properly shall be NICET certified. Test and inspection shall be performed by certified system technician. System shall be fully functional and in compliance with all national, state, county, city, and local inspection codes inclusive of applicable NFPA 72 standards and signaling code. All Systems Installed/Inspected by: Fire-Lite Safety of America (now Summit Fire & Security) December 15, 2022 No equipment’s change out shall be allowed. Unit price shall represent the total costs for one-time annual fire alarm test and inspection costs per year as required in this specification. Annual fire alarm test and complete inspection to include but not limited to testing only devices within fire alarm system. Vendor will provide the customer with written inspection report after completed inspection. Inspection shall be completed during normal working hours M-F only. Repairs and emergency service work are not covered under this inspection service. Inspection shall be performed/completed no later than April 2025
