A. Furnish all labor, equipment, material, subcontracts, and supervision to perform the Compressed Air System work as outlined below. The scope of work shall be in accordance with the project contract documents, to include but not limited to the following: a) Furnish and Install One (1) Compressed Air System. Including but not limited to: (i) Two (2) Oil-free Rotary Tooth or Screw Compressors 1. Duty/standby configuration 2. Rated for 230 SCFM @ 125 psi 3. 100 psig operating pressure 4. Motor size and speed per compressor manufacturer recommendation. (ii) Two (2) Vertical Wet Receivers 1. 120 Gallon capacity. 2. Duty/standby configuration (iii) Two (2) Vertical Dry Receivers 1. 1,060 Gallon capacity. 2. Duty/standby configuration (iv) Two (2) Air Dryers 1. Air Flow at Outlet to be 195 scfm at 125 psi. 2. Heatless Regenerative Twin Tower Desiccant Dryer type. 3. Pre-Drying PRV to be 100 psig. 4. Downstream PRV to be 80 psig. 5. Provide compressed air filter integral to the PRVs 6. Duty/standby configuration b) Furnish all required pipe, fittings, valves, supports, hardware, and accessories needed for a complete installation of the equipment. Interconnecting piping between equipment is the responsibility of the subcontractor. c) Furnish all required instrumentation and controls necessary for the complete installation of the equipment.
