1) The vendor is required to have adequate local service representative(s) for the geographical area for all the schools located in Spartanburg School District Seven. 2) The service representative must be employed by the vendor on a full-time basis. 3) The vendor shall provide a change-out (addition/reduction) of the dust mops at every location weekly without additional installation fee. 4) The vendor must be within a 70 - mile radius of the District’s Office, 610 Dupre Dr., Spartanburg, SC 29307. 5) The vendor must have a contact person to call for any question or problems the District has, this shall include any billing statements. The vendor's contact person should be available for consultations, reviews, and problem solving with the District representatives at no additional charges. 6) Awarded vendor’s product and work will be subject to inspections by the District. All work not in accordance with the plans and specifications contained herein will be corrected within 48 hours after notification of all deficiencies. 7) The vendor will be required to change out dust mops at each District location. List of locations are provided on bid sheet. Contact names at each location will be given to the awarded vendor. 8) The vendor will work with the District representative to determine pickup days. The sizes and quantities of the dust mops are provided on bid sheet for each location. Dust mops will be changed out weekly. Handles and frames will be furnished to the District at no additional charge. Price will be given in the bid for the cost of additional handles and frames, if needed for additions to schools. Any charges for handles and frames will be approved by the District representative prior to delivery. 9) The vendor will provide the replacement of dust mops for normal wear and tear at no cost to the District. 10) Awarded vendor must submit signed receipt/work order by school or district personnel as backup to each invoice submitted.
