The purpose of this Invitation for Bid is to obtain pricing for and procure the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Zilla Security’s Compliance solution to meet the requirements of the NC Statewide Information Security Manual, AC-1, AC-2 as well as other regulatory requirements (IRS, etc.). This IGA solution supports import of data from a variety of sources utilizing standard protocols/APIs for the source where possible, supports import from APIs that can be configured and customized where there is no preconfigured connector, supports import by reading and collecting data from a web page where there is no API option, and supports Comma Separated Value (CSV) file imports. The IGA solution is not dependent upon any specific IAM, PAM, PIM, or PUM solution to obtain data. Review periods for managers and application owners can be conducted against specified criteria such as, but not limited to, account level of access and where an account has access. Reporting on review progress, outcomes of a review set, and broken out by team, reviewee, and/or application is supported. It additionally supports collecting data from internal sources without the need to expose those sources by utilizing collector-type software installed on a system within the State network.
