The State Fiscal Accountability Authority, Office of State Procurement, on behalf of the Department of Alcohol & Other Drug Abuse Services (DAODAS), is soliciting proposals from qualified Contractor(s) to continue to implement the statewide media campaign developed to raise community awareness and reduce the stigma of prescription opiate misuse/abuse in South Carolina. The “Just Plain Killers” campaign was implemented in 2018. The Contractor will continue this statewide education campaign and expand upon it, targeting the general population of South Carolina, the medical professionals affected by this epidemic, youth and young adults, parents/guardians, and opioid use disorder patients and their caregivers per the specifications herein.
