The Secretary of the Maryland Department of Transportation has certified the need to utilize the services of architects or engineers under an indefinite quantity contract(s) for the following purposes, but not limited to: waterfront structure engineering, asset management, PS&E package preparations, engineering investigations, and construction support. Firms interested in being considered for award to provide engineering and architectural services must submit an Expression of Interest as set forth herein. The Expression of Interest shall be submitted to the Procurement Officer as identified in the Key Information Summary Sheet. The letter portion of the Expression of Interest shall indicate the firm's desire to perform services and indicate the specific tasks or areas of expertise directly provided by the firm. The firm must also indicate specific tasks or areas of expertise which will be subcontracted and to whom. Interested firms must submit the material required herein or the firm will not be considered for the contract
