The Department of Central Management Services (CMS) is establishing this Joint Purchase Master Contract (JPMC) for up to an estimated 85 secure parking spaces for State-owned vehicles and or vehicles used for official state purposes and employee-paid parking for State employees located within Zone 1, 300 secure parking spaces for Zone 2, and 120 secure parking spaces for Zone 3. Zone 1 is within the following geographic parameters and is identified as Wacker Drive on the west; Wacker Drive on the north; Washington Street to the south, State Street to the east, Zone 2 is within the following geographic parameters and is identified as Wacker Drive on the west; Madison Street on the north; Jackson Blvd to the south, State Street to the east, and Zone 3 is within the following geographic parameters and is identified as Halsted Street on the west; West Lake Street on the north; Van Buren Street to the south, South Wacker Drive to the east.
